Vision-Mission
Internal Quality Assurance Cell (IQAC), RISE Krishna Sai Prakasam Group of Institutions, Ongole was established on 12-July-2016 under the chairmanship of head of the institution with the aim to develop a system for conscious, consistent and catalytic improvement in the performance of institutions. IQAC will make a significant and meaningful contribution and further channelize the efforts and measures of the institution towards academic excellence. IQAC, RISE Krishna Sai Prakasam Group of Institutions, Ongole will specifically focus on the creation of an institution-wide synergy imbibing the constituent efforts and feedback of the stakeholder’s viz. teaching and non-teaching staff, students, alumni, parents and others to generate quality sustenance and enhancement. Since quality enhancement is a continuous process, the IQAC will become a part of an institution's system and work towards realizing the goals of quality enhancement and sustenance

Functions of IQAC
• Development and application of quality benchmarks/parameters for the various academic and administrative activities of the College.
• Facilitating the creation of a learner-centric environment conducive for quality education and faculty maturation to adopt the required knowledge and technology for participatory teaching and learning process.
• Arrangement for feedback responses from students, parents and other stakeholders on quality-related institutional processes.
• Dissemination of information on the various quality parameters of higher education.
• Organization of inter and intra institutional workshops, seminars on quality related themes and promotion of quality circles.
• Acting as a nodal agency of the College for coordinating quality-related activities, including adoption and dissemination of good practices
• Development of Quality Culture in the College
• Preparation of the Quality Assurance Report of the College based on the quality parameters/assessment criteria developed by the relevant quality assurance body (like NAAC, NBA) in the prescribed format.

We strive to communicate the following quality policy to all the people at all levels, so that the policy becomes working reality within the organization. The institutional policy with regard to quality assurance is reflected in the quality policy of the institute stated as "RISE Krishna Sai Prakasam Group of Institutions (RPRA) is committed to impart outcome-based quality technical education as per the growing needs of the society on a continual contact basis and continually improved services. We shall protect the interests of our students and prepare them to meet the growing challenges with increased ability to serve the nation".
